We help U.S. companies navigate the complexities of doing business with China.

A BILINGUAL, BICULTURAL TEAM

With offices in both the U.S. and China, we assist companies with the business and cultural considerations necessary for successful cross-border transactions.

We accomplish this by counselling U.S. companies that do business with China, helping them mitigate risks, save cost, improve efficiency, solve problems, etc.

We serve as a commercial bridge between the U.S. and China.
